"I’ve worked at RSLI since 2016. However there have been an increase in turnover rates, therefore I was reassigned to at least 4 different supervisors since then, each of which have written about my nature to go above and beyond the standard metrics. However, I currently feel undervalued as I feel as though the work that I produce and the quality of the work is not acknowledged nor are others meeting my same quality. Yet when I request more responsibility as I am doing additional work, I am given feedback regarding turning on a zoom camera rather than the review of my production."

"I was hired part time and then offered a full time position. The job allowed me to explore every facet of graphic design, art direction and production. Got to know a lot about insurance."
