"I disliked the politics, hypocrisy, and capriciousness of senior and mid-level management. Ultimately, they are going to do whatever they want to do and masquerade it under the flavor of the day initiative."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's probably the same at every company, where the board and senior level managers are simply mindless drones/puppets of the CEO and or executive committee. Stop the nonsense."

"This bank was purchased by Wells Fargo Bank - I was hired to work and connect to the community"

"It was going through rough patches and forced to sell to Wells Fargo"

What do you like about working at Goldman Sachs?
"They encouraged you to think outside the box and gave you the opportunity to explore those ideas. One would work long hours but the company understood work life balance as well. They offered training programs as well as encouraged you to volunteer."

"Good Luck- it's a great place to work if you can get past the 10 -15 interviews. :-)"

"I did not like the fact that I was released from my position."

"Get as much as you can up front. You will NOT be getting anything for quite some time in regards to a raise."

"There is no loyalty to workers whatsoever, unless you are the occupant of a 50-foot office."

"Appreciate the hard work, dedication, and all the time we forsake with our families just to be at work. They preach so much about encouraging family ties and whatnot, but that only applies to VPs and higher."
