The company was just purchased out of bankruptcy. the company was great, only 75 employees and 4 million a year in sales. the company was great. the company grew rapidly ad was sold. still growing about 350 employees and 100 million a year in sales and sold again, each sale bough new management, the last management team did not know the business."
