In some ways it gets the recognition it deserves, but sometimes it doesn't. Because of the demands of the position, management wants it to be a customer service focused position and nothing more."
"I love the challenge of correcting and collecting claims made to insurance companies ..This is also the thing I hate about being a Reimbursement Specialist.I am customer service driven personality .This postion allows me to give and receive great customer service.My dislike stems from the internal road blocks to achieving customer service and collections Utopia ."

"No name calling, more training, and to always give the tools needed to the new employees, instead of making them fail before they even start."

"CEO and COO both served time 7 years and 3.5 respectively, now deceased, rest in peace."
