"Great place to work and my initiatives were well supported."
What do you like about working at Ally Financial?
"When I was hired they were losing $7.5 million dollars per year. They were extremely supportive and helped me to implement initiative that eventually lead to a $6 million dollar gain in a depreciating market."
What don't you like about working at Ally Financial?
"At the end of last year the company sold and then closed all of their branch offices. My only regret is that we had too little time to turn things around."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Three suggestions - 1) Recruit 2) Retain 3) Train and do each with excellence."

"Rewarding career and earning potential is possible but you have to be ready to invest time, energy, blood, sweat & tears. I used to tell potentially employees during the interview process that this job is not for everyone."
What don't you like about working at Fletcher Associates?
"Unwillingness to change in tough economy."

"I discussed with the President my concerns. I believe they need to adapt & change their model to a degree to keep up with the times."

"Regions Bank bought out Union Planters Wholesale and Banking Divisions, they kept the same staff and it was business as usual"

"Regions was big in the Southern States and unknown to the West."

"No management decided to stick to the footprint of the bank (the South)"

"If you have experience, you'll get the job but do you want a job that will be against every moral values that you have"

"Selling to people that have no business buying a franchise. The micro management of the CEO. The ridiculous goal setting which is never attainable. No concern about employees."

"Get into the 21st Century"

"No plan. Basic philosophy and 101 approach to sales with no true direction."

"It gave me a chance to gain experance in multI unit management over a geographical area of 7 states. I was able to create all operational guides that the company used and also create a training program to ensure we had future managers in place for growth."
