What do you like about working at Fanfare Media Works?

"The company was foreclosed on by the bank and the leadership of the new company, Market Tech Media, was not proficient in their ability to run a 100% commissioned sales force. Therefore, there was nothing that I can report that was favorable and I liked or enjoyed at the company."

What don't you like about working at Fanfare Media Works?

"The CEO and CFO had no concept of how to run this type of business. There was little communication from senior management to middle management and less support as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To listen to the suggestions of your subordinates as they built a $100,000,000 from the ground up prior to your involvement with the company."
