"Promotion: They are not great marketers. People: There was too much turnover in the organization when was there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand the challenges of each territory by working more closely with the field reps. Trust the people you hire & help them to succeed. Promotion: Advertise in the right industry publications."

"the people, the training, the products"
What don't you like about working at Valassis?
"I was there at the time when they were leaning up to attract a buyer for the company. Prior to my resignation, 600 people were laid off nationally in one day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"the atmosphere was fine and you could count on support from all departments when needed. As far as my experiance goes, things were fine"
