"More management involvement in the satellite offices and less coasting."

"If interviewing at the Palm Beach office, better act like you like the South Beach lifestyle or you won't fit in."

"Office I worked in was 'left to its devices' and was not monitored so it devolved into a jr high school."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More management involvement of the satellite offices. Working 8 years and only meeting the senior manager for your region 3 times is not involvement."

"I like the communication opportunity that I have with current/new tenants. I like the challenge of marketing to rent apartments. I also like to manage and to have a leader position. I enjoy my success in this job."

"They have to be very motivated and to have a very good leading abilities to do this job."

"I don't like the fact that there is no growth opportunity in this company."
