"RedPrairie is now JDA. From the beginning, the merger with JDA wasn't handled properly by the JDA's CEO who became the CEO of the merged company. Due to this fact a lot of RedPrairie senior management and employees left the company. I am one of them. After I left the company, within weeks, I heard the CEO was fired for his poor performance. So hopefully things will get better in the future."

"Red Prairie, Waukesha WI"

What do you like about working at RedPrairie?

"Free Parking and Coffee."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Stay contractor as long as possible then when they want to hire you go somewhere else."

What don't you like about working at RedPrairie?

"Sterile Environment, Interaction between employees is discouraged which fosters dog-eat-dog environment rather than a team environment. There is no advancement possible in this Co."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire directly rather than contractor -hire. Contractors are treated like pariahs and treatment does not change once you are there full-time. Dont change supervisors when moving from contractor to hire. New supervisor assumes just because you've been there for 6 months that you know all his departments procedures etc. Dont use timesheet time as weapon to castigate workers; you'll never get good statistics on how long a task truely takes."

Product Engineer

"A great company to work at."
