"As a Buyer and its duties I feel it was fair. But with all the other responsibilities and requests that were given to me with no support and the expectations were demanding or else attitude was creating issues and friction because here you're the Buyer for the O.R. department and the director has requests also, but yet the position falls under Materials Management under that director which you answer to. This director doesn't care about the O.R. or its needs and expects you to do what she feels is more important, which is Materials. So now you're given other duties you never had to do before and yet still keep the O.R. supplied as well as all the requests and changes the staff, surgeons, and director have. I was totally underpaid and they know it."
