"I was employed at RCH for over 24 years and enjoyed what I did. There were always challenges but with the help of co-workers we would always overcome them. The O.R. department is awesome because of the staff and surgeons that work in there. Management is an area that needs serious attention. Not good. Not all but a handful that make bad decisions and unjust in the way they go about treating employees. I was surprised to find out there is no support or representation on your side when you really need it. Never thought the hospital would allow such behavior to occur without reason. This is the downfall that RCH has. I would definitely go apply there if looking to work in a hospital. But definitely be prepared if called up to HR. It surprised me and a lot of other people."
