"When interviewing with this organization, I suggest the candidate listen, do their due diligence and spend a part of the day involved with the business. Especially if the person is not familiar with the industry."
What don't you like about working at Redhawk Industries?
"During the reorganization, UTC brought into the equation a manager who had no knowledge of the industry, the products or the client base. That is not necessarily bad, but he had no desire to learn. Unfortunately, he also like to micromanage, and reporting was more important than gaining new business."
