"I have been with RealtyPath for nearly two years and find the leadership to be forward thinking and innovative. The business owners are customer service oriented and strive to improve the company brand at every turn. The business model is one where agents are pretty much free to be as productive as they can because they earn 100% of the commission. The company requires a "fee per deal" with a reasonable cap. They provide some really awesome software solutions for agents as well as regular training."
