"I've worked for RealFoundations for 2 and a half years and have never met a more disorganized firm. The company has an old-school leadership mentality and shy's away from industry trends or "new blood" recommendations. At the end of the day, the culture within each specific unit is good, but the overall outfit is lacking true vision and leadership."
