"New CEO was hired at the beginnning of 2012 and reorganized the business into silo's. Parts Sales were not any part of his objective."

"Invest in the business in terms of systems (ERP/MRP, etc.) This costly invesment would pay off very quickly by reducing inventory, manual labor, more financial visibility for all businesses."
