"RDI is a research data institute founded by a scientist. At RDI we are responsible for many company including direct tv, dexcom which is a medical company. I worked directly with dexcom as a technical support agent who helps clients troubleshoot problems on either their phones or receivers. It was a great experience and taught me how to help other to my best of knowledge."
"I really do beleive I learned how to effectivly market a specific brand."
What do you like about working at RDI Marketing?
"I enjoyed the atmosphere of the work enviroment. Also, the medical offices I was working with were almost always a joy!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself! Not everyone is able to make it at RDI, but if you are yourself and do make it on board, you know you have something GREAT!"
What don't you like about working at RDI Marketing?
"On occasion, employees could be a little frustrating. Turnover at times almost became a problem, but we resolved it!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep on chuggin'! RDI rocks! Although, having more time set aside for 1 on 1 coaching with employees could be beneficial"
