"Offices are cramped, dirty and out-dated. Will hire anyone and everyone to call through their exhausted database of 60K+, "leads" that were generated in 2009 and consist of people that aren't qualified, interested, or are deceased. Indecisive with unprofessional and poor communication skills making opposing statements within the same breath. Micro-managing junior partner that takes leads away from sales staff. Outwardly demoralizes the senior sales consultant. Fosters a culture of isolating team members from communicating with each other because of their paranoia. Partners that mock and are disrespectful to the team. High turn-over of sales staff. Miscommunication about responsibilities when hired for my position. Partners sharing personal information about other employees. No direct-deposit, pay checks are delivered minutes within the final close of day. Total clock watchers. No room for growth. Pay is well-below industry average. I was hired for a senior level marketing position at this establishment and I was relegated to a graphic design, and production artist, baby sitter of the sales staff, responsible for hiring, screening, and terminating sales staff along with ensuring background checks were processed. They sell you on the story of their vision which sounds great when presented with their false representation of their firm, but after about two weeks, that's when the reveal happens of what you've really gotten yourself into. Vibe is ultra-creepy."
