I was hired for a senior level marketing position at this establishment and I was relegated to a graphic design, and production artist, baby sitter of the sales staff, responsible for hiring, screening, and terminating sales staff along with ensuring background checks were processed.
They sell you on the story of their vision which sounds great when presented with their false representation of their firm, but after about two weeks, that's when the reveal happens of what you've really gotten yourself into.
