RCO Engineering Employee

"The entire management team needs to go back to pre-school and learn how to play well with others. Unless you're family, your time will be absolutely miserable. They suck at giving raises to those who deserve it, unless you're family you will never be able to grow in the company, if you have a problem DO NOT GO TO HR. It's kind of sad when you meet with other companies or health services advocates (aflac) and they talk about how horrible their HR guy Cliff Weyhing is to deal with, and that hes basically just a big fat man baby with how he acts. They call themself a Christian company but they're only Christian on Sunday when they dont want to pay their employees double time, otherwise they are complete slave driving hitlers. They never have a clear plan, they constantly overload departments and expect miracles, they scream and yell like little children, they have ZERO respect for any of their employees. It's an overall horrible company to work for, and if you don't want to wake up everyday thinking suicide is a better option then spending a second there, do not ever work there. And do not take business to a company that doesn't care about their employees. Even if requests for time off are put in, they complain and deny them. I was constantly harrassed when I missed work for health reasons. Management berates their employees and never gives any praise even where praise is really due. The shop floor management is completely clueless, the HR is full of aggressive inconsiderate people who only care about sweeping problems under the rug and ignoring them."
