What don't you like about working at RCM&D?
"Like the old saying, to many chiefs not enough Indians. When you get people managing the managers and people managing the people who are managing the managers who manage the workers... it gets a little over bearing and slows down the workflow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"In my opinion they need a little less management and more work."
