Ray Graham Association Employee

"Love the people supported. Love giving back and helping people with disabilities reach, grow and achieve! The culture is really trying to change and assure people have a work life balance and an open door policy however, this is a very stressful place to work. Due to being underpaid and there is a HUGE lack of workers to fill positions the burden falls on employees to fill in gaps."
