"Raven Industries were cheap in that they didn't provide for the employees, products, and the company itself the basic necessities to get the job done to the best quailty."

"Quality is very important. Employee satisfaction is very important. Only being concerned with market share and trying to save a buck ALL the time is not very important."

"I worked for Raven for 10 years. It is a good company with high goals. unfortunately the Ag. market is slow right now and they are downsizing. This company will bounce back, hopefully for my friends and coworkers sooner than later."

"Raven purchased my company, Starlink, and kept me on as a chief engineer. I had to watch them transform the culture of my company into a corporate machine. That was not easy on me. All in all, Raven is a good place to work. The pay is average or low. The facility in Round Rock is very nice and modern."
