"There is no room for career growth, therefore this position has grown stagnant."

"They had an excellent management team, a great product, and I believe the company will do great things. VMware I could not pass up."

"The owner is a very decent man and the company is family run. very decent owners. Their son work there too."

"The owner had/and continues to trust important decisions to friends and family and this has been hurting the progress of the company."

"The so called president was fired recently. Some of his cronies continue to work there. some of his cronies were kicked out prior to him leaving."
