"I feel like we were on the verge of creating a great company before we were acquired by Bowne. Janus should have given us the opportunity to become employee owned."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I do not believe that Bowne fully recognized the importance of RSG roles, projects, actions and their value to the customer. This is what made RSG so great. We were continually improving our organization and customer service levels."
