"After being laid off in 2017 I had a ex-coworker call me and asked me to come help turn this facility around. Cycle counts were a all time low. Morale was rock bottom. Now 2 years later we did a 360. Been exempted from annual inventory for 2 years in a row as well. The company is now growing. Just too far of a commute daily."
