"As management, how well will they back you, and tell them to put it in writing, so when it comes down to you reminding them, they cant say they never said that."

What don't you like about working at Ralphs Grocery Co.?

",I was a rookie, coming into a store, with only male, management, all of which had acquired at least ten years or more with the company, as well with the union, and in my opinion, made them lazy, unmotivated, and unwillingly to be team players. With, at least twenty-years in the grocery, retail industry, I know it's imperative, to have to team players, for the welfare of a successful, productive, and lucrative, business. So, my overall opinion working for Ralph's Grocery Store, was not a positive, or pleasant, experince."

"Creating, a positive, energized, environment, is necessary, for smooth, productive, production."
