"The first thing the HR says is that she has Autism so she would be direct and please excuse her. OK I guess, but she uses that to lash out weird mood swings on employees. The management team would say that they care about the team and then follow that sentence up by openly embarrass any missed task in front of patrons out in open. It's common to see 10 day workdays in a row, and if asked to change schedule, they will direct you to web sites where you make schedule requests. The requests never get approved. They offer college tuition reimbursement but it "has to benefit the company" which doesn't go into any further detail, and the aforementioned schedule change doesn't get notified in two weeks prior which makes setting college classes up a nightmare when working with these guys. Even after rolling in direct deposit, there sometimes would be checks that you have to collect personally for some unknown reason. On a 24 hour workweek, they spread out the days so that they don't have to give you break (24 h workweek = 6 or 7 days work week). However, despite having 4 hour workday, your work standard is judged by an 8 hour workload standard. Everyone is miserable here."
"Going on 14 years with the company, they have allowed me to live a good lifestyle, offering competitive benefits and allowing a balanced life."
"Starting work here in 2007 I have found Ralph's to be a good job while I look for a more suitable opportunity. They offer great benefits and somewhat flexible employment."
