"RallyUp is in the process of moving toward exiting a start-up phase. Great work culture and somewhat informal - they make efforts to ensure their employees are engaged and happy. They're a bit unfocused at the moment and don't quite have their ducks in a row which can make for an environment that has unclear expectations. However, the department that I was in was fairly new and in the process of being firmed up - it was a recently created role. Leadership is on the right track."
