"Broadcom has a rich history for making its investors money, and they have despite recessions and pandemics. They have a very good business philosophy and are very smart when it comes to making decisions quickly. What they lack is any flexibility to the changing landscape of company culture. Up till about 2 years ago, Broadcom has always been a hardware company, then the acquired CA a software company. The two are different in every way and the lack of the C-suite making changes in their state-of-mind on allowing software folks to work remotely, especially during a pandemic, as greatly decreased my confidence in our leadership. The people side of Broadcom is less important to the C-suite, and it's obvious in every communication and action the company takes towards its employees."
"Rally is an amazing company. The culture is great and it is actually fun to go to work each day. I do wish I had the chance to work with slightly more modern technology and I also think maybe I have been under-compensated, but the work environment and atmosphere pretty much make up for those shortcomings."
