Raley's Employee

"I was more physically broken and mentally exhausted working the deli counter than I ever have been in a long history of working physically demanding jobs. My arms were in constant pain and my hands lost muscle strength. They over schedule your sidework to the degree that serving customers is an afterthought. Your entire shift is scheduled to the hilt. They understaff and underpay. They don’t communicate what the union will actually cost so I got surprised by hundreds of dollars of fees on top of the weekly dues. I got scheduled ten days in a row because they understaffed so badly and then allowed people to take holiday weekends off. There’s a lot of preferential treatment and management doesn’t care when you speak up."
