"At Cane's center (they're mission, vision, core values, and non-negotiables), they are certainly a top tier restaurant organization and certainly practice what they preach at a high level. They even have an entire department dedicated to the respect, recognition, and reward of their crewmembers - its called Cane's Love. I have relationships with folks in many different food companies and not a single one had that sort of give-back to its team members.
