Raising Cane's Employee

"Expectation is that your life revolves around your work, but that doesn't align with what they are selling as a company. Well compensated but have a hard time taking a true PTO day or day off."

"At Cane's center (they're mission, vision, core values, and non-negotiables), they are certainly a top tier restaurant organization and certainly practice what they preach at a high level. They even have an entire department dedicated to the respect, recognition, and reward of their crewmembers - its called Cane's Love. I have relationships with folks in many different food companies and not a single one had that sort of give-back to its team members. It was great to feel the love and be recognized often as hard workers. However, that was very much the case, the work was very hard with explosive sales volume, late night operating hours, and a small case of "growing too fast" in terms of the quality of shift leadership. I am excited to see where Cane's goes over the next few years. If they are not in your town yet, they will be soon!"

"I worked at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers since July 2018. It is a very welcoming company with great standards and an amazing culture to boot. They are a very flexible company and will work with you to make sure that you are happy working there. On average there are about 60-80 employees working at each establishment and over 450 restaurants across the globe. The company also does its part for its employees with gifts and all major holidays off, including a picnic and holiday parties that everyone is allowed to attend. Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a great job for first-timers or those who want to advance in the food industry,"
