"I worked for Rail Europe for a little over 10 years. Overall the company was a good place to work for. I started there as technical analyst, moving up to UNIX Administrator over the years. My immediate supervisor was excellent, facilitating my progression through the company based on output. The salary was below the average salary for my title, though I think that was based on managements reluctance to give significant raises for internal promotions,"
