Radwell International Employee

"I really believe Radwell is a good place to work. You don't need to have a degree to succeed, or even work some of the jobs. Some of the higher up jobs and technical jobs you will need one, but for the amount that you get paid without a degree it is perfect for someone who is starting out. This was my first "grown up job" and it is a great way to get good references and a good company on my resume. Radwell does A LOT of charity work. Which I think is the best thing ever. Mr. Radwell's slogan is "If you are a big growing company you should always donate." Which I support 100%. I really try to do all of the charities because some companies do not do anything. He really shows that he cares."

"I have worked here for the past 2 years. I think it is a great place to learn testing techniques. That being said I feel it is only a good place to start off at. There is not much room for advancement or salary increase. The management has no grasp of reality and they set unrealistic goals."
