Radiology Associates Employee

"Scheduling at Radiology Associates is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires a lot of memorization. The days go by quickly and the pay and benefits seem better than similar positions at other companies. It can be stressful, demanding, and somewhat tedious at times."

"It's great to know that such absurdity (poor mgt skills) still exist."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Go there if you ONLY need the job. If you do get hired try to get out ASAP. However, if you are a social butterfly and fit in the group (you will know very quickly) then you will be fine. Don't make teh GROUP GET MAD AT YOU--YOU ARE DOOMED!!!!"

What don't you like about working at Radiology Associates?

"A very close group; if you do not fit: the employees (senior/who have been there longer) can make life very STRESSFUL AND DIFFICULT. Over whelming ABUSE that is often unnecessary"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Monitor their employees more carefully; excessive waste of company time talking about shows (ie you don't need to watch the popular TV shows, it will be discussed extensively the next day). Poor management; they brought in consultants and only selected employees are interviewed. I see no line of succession. When one or two dies there goes the company."
