"I had worked for RaceTrac for a year, and within the year I had some great experiences and not so good experiences. The best experience that I had is that they always took the time to train you in the store or at the corporate office, but the technology was a little dated. Bad experience is that they go back on their word. For instance they told me I was supposed to be in at this particular store for only 3 months but ended up staying at this location for a year."

"Management could use some cleaning up, and Associates hardly ever were promoted - that needs to change, and hiring outside of the company for management needs to slow down just a bit at the moment."
