What do you like about working at RAC Acceptance?

"The fact that supervisors were so distant from the actual work allowed me some autonomy, but the fact they constantly criticized us without knowing what they were talking about was a strong upset."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The only tip I have for someone accepting an interview is to only accept the job if you continue looking. This is not a long-term career and most people (90%) quit before the first year."

What don't you like about working at RAC Acceptance?

"This company promises things they cannot and will not deliver on. They promise bonuses but most locations do not get them, there is no chance of being promoted unless you work for the parent company at a peer level, the customers are told they will be eligible for things the company has no plans on delivering. They are experts at promissory estoppel."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn what promissory estoppel means and be accountable for the promises you make."
