"Do not contact this company if you care about positive collaboration or using any previous experience or education to offer a better way to perform your work. Run away if you want to be empowered. If you enjoy listening to training sessions about a Reach High culture without any actual leadership action, or if you like to celebrate company accomplishments with more spin than reality, this is the place for you."

"The top-down management that takes care of lon-term people no matter how unqualified or dysfunctional they may be."

"Start practicing the values you claim to promote, and remove the directors and other leadership that is the root of the organizational rot. Put ability above family relationships."

"I liked working on cutting edge geothermal technology and it's design."

"No, not really. But if I had to give a tip it would be to buy life insurance."

"The inventor was very difficult to work with. A lot of employees quit because of the difficulty."

"Learn how to work on your own, and micromanage your time between classwork and research."

"Didn't pay much. In fact the only compensation was from VIGRE research grants which maxed at $2k/3 months."

"It would be nice to find some better funding for student researchers."
