"Weakness of brand. Lack of out-of-region marketing. Benefits are poor. Market rider, not driver. Poor financials. Poor mid-manager leadership."

"Fish or cut bait - commit to Out-of-Region business by investing in marketing & resources, or get out of that space. Invest in new technologies/products/services that will drive the marketplace, rather than be at its mercy."
