"Just keep up with what you are doing the interview process was awesome."

"that it closed our department and outsourced it to another state."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To make sure you are upto date on what is going on in company so you dont hire a whole new training class only to tell them during training that they are going to be let go. Training is expensive and puts poor moral on new hires to be told not going to have job after 3 months."

"gave me an opportunity when no other jobs were to be had. Learned more about more roles on my field because everone else had quit and I was only on left."

"low pay. Lack of vocus. to big to fail which they should have."

"learn about video distribution and customer service before you attempt it."
