"They're willing to give just about anyone an opportunity, mostly because they have such a high turnover rate that they're constantly hiring."

"You shouldn't plan on any kind of real future with the company. It's just an opportunity to get six months of experience and then double your salary by going elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at Quomation Insurance Services?

"Upper management has no experience outside of this small start-up, and it shows.Pay was not competitive with the industry standard.Benefits didn't include my family."

"Stop treating your employees like a liability and maybe they'll stick around, assuming you also replace the CEO with someone who cares about others."

"Check the Better Business Bureau rating for the company before applying. Notice they are always hiring and not getting bigger."

"If you didn't share an interest in the 'Heroes of Newearth' game you were some what sidelined at lunch time and if you had issues that require speaking to the HR representative, she was only in the office twice a week or if you message her often enough."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest not playing favorites and ignoring one employee. One employee had his birthday ignored while every other employee's was celebrated."

"I liked working closely with other departments such as QA and Tech Support. I also really liked my co-workers since they were great people as well as employees."

"Get the clock question right on the entry test! I got a 100% on the test and it went a long way."

"I didn't think there was much opportunity to learn things outside my small scope of responsibility. I wanted to branch out and learn more."
