"We are currently taking a step back in the area of technology from Oracle to and AS400 system. The parent company is taking us back decades in processes and in my position this is very frustrating."

"Do not believe what the middle managers are telling you. BMA plant is working on getting all the jobs transferred to that locations. Larry Frey is making a value stream by removing me and outsourcing EnPro IT services."
