"I came to Quest as a Junior Estimator in charge of sub coverage & budgets. I knew On-Screen Take-Off & had experience negotiating with subcontractors. However as time went on, the estimating department started having trouble working with upper management, because upper management was lacking structure and organization. When the head of my department left, I took in charge of estimating and drove it through the summer & fall months of 2019. However upper management did not adjust & adapt & kept the same "old school" method."
