"Quallion isn't for everyone.. In fact I strongly disliked it. My boss is Japanese, he hired only Japanese people to do the work the Americans were hired for... I was put in R and D but didn't develop or research ANYTHING!! I was doing paperwork and things that required no thinking. I graduated from a top college and I have my masters... Do yourself a favor and just move on! I did however LOVE LOVE my co-workers, lots of marines and military. That's always nice to see. :)"
"There is a lot of turmoil at this company and it's extremely high employee turnover rate is a good indicator. At this time I believe almost half the people here haven't been here a year. They pay well but people leave anyway because they can't stand the pressure and or the management. They enforce polices that make it almost impossible for employees who see things that are wrong, and even illegal, to do anything about it. They forbid documenting illegal actions in emails."
"A good place to work. Respectful & supportive culture. Too many complainers"

What don't you like about working at Quallion?

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Identify the whiners and complainers and get rid of them. Everyone will be much more happy. I know of at least 2 people who left the company because they couldn't stand the constant whiners and their negativity. Also be more proactive in employee retention."

What do you like about working at Quallion?
"If you're willing and capable of taking on a challenge, Quallion management will give you a shot at it. Employees are actually important there-you feel they count on you. They are big on trust, in a time where most companies are finding ways to secretely look over your shoulder. Majority of the people are very friendly. Benefits are decent. Facility is well taken care of."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is not a place for lazy employees. You will feel though by payday that you have completely earned your paycheck. Be prepared for your interview because they interview a lot of people and pick the best. Bring along a portfolio with your best work and look it over for typos and accuracy-they will call you on it. Dress well and sit up straight. If you're not able to give this job a 110% effort...don't waste your time because you wont last. They expect (and rightly so) a full commitment towards your job so be prepared for a lot of work."
What don't you like about working at Quallion?
"Too much work is piled on you at one time. You're given so much work it's almost impossible to do any of it well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop the F bombs, S words, and screaming in meetings. Hire more people and don't load up people with so much work they have to take it home or work over (unpaid if salary) to get it done. Reward those who give it the extra effort."
