"I enjoyed reviewing charts, and auditing the staff. Other quality personnel refered to our department as the dark side."

"They have police officers at these sites for obvious reasons. Choose your next profession wisely if you have that option."

"The staff kept making the same mistakes, other quality supervisors would not document deviation observations on their audits when observing their friends."

"Quality is sweeping the problems under the carpet at this company."

"Culture is a significant variable when I approach an employer and this culture was receptive to me and I to them."

"Michael's Food is a great employer with a great feel to it. Be positive and this company provides many opportunities to excel."

"The distance provided some constraints as I continued my employ with the company but this was offset with a mileage stipend."
