"Quality Assurance can be dull for certain periods of time, but I find a good bug to be a fun thing to encounter and share with coworkers. It also helps to have several different duties or software to examine at any one period. I also handled documentation of manuals, software updates, etc. It helps to always have something else in the queue."

"Have some self-respect. You can do a lot better. Don't be seduced by the amenities. All the benefits in the world will not make up for a dead-end career and bad managers."

"The company has grown dramatically, but it is micro-managed by the CEO as if it was still a startup. Brown-nosing gets you further than actual experience or talent."

"I would respect the expertise of my employees more and support them rather than trying to find something wrong with their work."

"There is no room for growth in the company, and I cannot come out of a temp postion."

"I feel like he needs to hire a new full time employee than the new temps that come in and out and have to be trained."

"I love working in my team. We made sure the merchandise was in good working order before it was shipped to customers."

"Be confident and wear confident shoes you will be running up and down inspecting and loading."
What don't you like about working at UTi?
"I didn't like that we had people who would steal merchandise off the trucks after we inspected and loaded them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggested to the manager that they post cameras at the entry points of the loading docks and it worked. They caught the culprit."

"There wasn't really anything I didn't like about working there. It was truly a great job."

"That during the downsizing and layoffs, they let go of a lot of really good and talented people."
