"my manager is always real busy with meetings so she is available sparingly"

"have more individuals available at all times that are able to work in all of the different claim systems. if that was available, there would be less questions that need answering later."

"No CEO, cowboy style of approaching problems. I was able to resolved the major problem I was assigned."

"QBE is a great company to work for with a very supportive corporate environment. The leadership is understanding and cares for employees in many ways. However, the contract environment is less than ideal. This should not reflect on how great of a company QBE is and how they treat their employees."

"Constant computer issues, they ask for and listen to suggestions you make, but it goes in one ear and out the other. CEO changes so often the company has no footing. Discrimination, disrespect and favoritism is tolerated rampant, although they are usually careful to not do it to openly . . . . you are asked to sign an agreement, upon employment, that requires disputes you have go to arbitration, which makes it much more difficult for you to prosecute them for bad behavior."

"Terrible bordering on incompetence at the senior levels of management. The ability to get what is required to do one's job was greatly hindered. The amount of uncertainty was unheard of and the mix of applications and tools was appalling given the size of the company."
