"QA hate - age old problem of not allowing enough time in schedule for proper testing. QA love - very much related to above in the sense that Agile development minimizes time constraint pressure as stories are most often small so only minimal functionality needs to be tested during sprint. BA hate - truly understanding the business in order to support customer's wants and needs. I'm always taking a look at existing websites and finding them not working on certain platforms and think to myself, "why didn't they test this on the iPad before release?" "Love that you get to go to work and break the systems. It is like detective work. It is very interesting line of work in that it keeps you on your toes.
