"While I greatly appreciate and hold the highest respect for the entire company and its employees, Q2, unfortunately, just wasn't the right environmental/cultural fit for me. I thrive best in a startup environment where moving fast and pitching-in are encouraged and unfortunately I just wasn't allowed to perform at my highest potential. The company is a bit more "Corporatey" than I've ever experienced and it drug down my productivity on, not exaggerating, a daily occurrence. I was hired to do a different job than what I ended up doing and it's really brought down my personal morale. If I were given the resources and support to do what I was hired to do, I'd feel much more inclined to look past the mismatched culture aspect."
