"I disliked the job insecurity and stress. This was during the time the HP takeover fell through in 2000.)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am sure the management has changed for the better following the takeover by IBM. Unfortunately, I left before that happened. Had I remained, I would have returned to IBM, my former employer for 18 years!"
